Shipping Policy
Heat Transfer XPRESS is committed to getting your custom DTF transfers, sublimation prints, vinyl designs, and UV DTF stickers produced and shipped as quickly as possible.
```Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time begins after your order is paid, artwork is uploaded correctly, and all required order details are complete.
- Single DTF transfers are processed as quickly as possible
- 22 inch DTF gang sheets are printed after artwork is received
- UV DTF gang sheets are processed after file review
- Custom orders may require additional production time
Production time and shipping time are separate. Choosing a faster shipping method does not automatically speed up production time.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using available carrier services at checkout. Shipping options, estimated delivery windows, and pricing may vary based on your location, package size, package weight, and carrier availability.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or text if contact information was provided at checkout.

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available when selected at checkout or when approved by Heat Transfer XPRESS. You will receive a pickup notification when your order is ready.
Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is complete and ready. Orders that are still in production will not be available for early pickup.
Pickup Address
Please update this section with your pickup address or remove this section if local pickup is not available.
Same-Day and Rush Orders
Same-day or rush production may be available depending on order volume, artwork quality, product type, and current production schedule.
Rush availability is not guaranteed unless confirmed by Heat Transfer XPRESS. Orders with artwork issues, missing files, incorrect sizing, or incomplete details may be delayed.

Artwork and File Issues
Shipping and production may be delayed if your artwork is low resolution, missing, incorrectly sized, has a background you did not intend to print, or does not meet print-ready requirements.
Please review all artwork, spelling, sizing, colors, and placement before submitting your order. Uploaded files are printed as submitted unless additional design services or edits are requested and approved.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Heat Transfer XPRESS is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately. We can only update the shipping address before the order has shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Heat Transfer XPRESS is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, weather delays, or delivery issues after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors, your building office, your mailroom, or your local carrier location.
Customers may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for lost or damaged shipments.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package, shipping label, damaged items, and any visible carrier damage.
Damage claims must be reviewed. Keep all packaging materials until the issue has been resolved, as the carrier may require photos or inspection.
Digital Products
Digital downloads are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. After purchase, digital products may be sent by email, download link, or customer account access depending on the product.
Digital products are not physical items and will not be shipped.
Holiday and Weather Delays
Processing and shipping times may be affected by holidays, high order volume, severe weather, carrier delays, supply delays, or other events outside of our control.
We work hard to complete orders quickly, but delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because custom transfer orders may enter production quickly, order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after checkout.
If you need to make a change, contact us immediately. Once an order has been printed, produced, packed, or shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be available.
